What does Ultra Fast Keto Boost do?
This is our Ultra Fast Keto Boost review, a ketogenic supplement with claims to help promote:
- Fat Loss
- Better Results on the Keto Diet
- Keep you in Ketogenesis
But how well will work for you? In this review, we look closer at this low carb keto aid to see how effective it really is. We look at the ingredients, side effects, Shark Tank (Spoiler Alert: it never actually featured) and if it actually works.
This is what you need to know:
Ultra Fast Keto Boost Ingredients
The ingredients in Ultra Fast Keto Boost are the same run of the mill BHB minerals along with a few added extras.
If you haven’t read our article on keto supplements, you’ll know our feelings on BHBs and why they’re not as great as the industry is making out.
This isn’t a great keto supplement, and we feel there is a lot that could be improved with Ultra Fast Keto Boost. We like the Green Tea, and the BHBs work to some extent. It’s nothing ground breaking.
Another thing to note is that all the ingredients are in a proprietary blend. This means you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting in Ultra Fast Keto Boost or how effective it truly is.
Take a look:
Magnesium BHB, Calcium BHB and Sodium BHB
These ingredients are all BHBs, also known as beta-hydroxybutyrates. They’re also known as Exogenous Ketones and they’re not as great as you may think.
Don’t get us wrong, when you’re running keto electrolytes are everything. Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium (which we’re surprised isn’t in here) can all help keep your energy reserves going after you run out of glycogen.
BHBs are usually a racemic formula, meaning they’re 50% the D form of themselves and 50% the L form of themselves. Your body can only absorb and use the D form. The rest presents in a blood test as higher levels of ketones – but your body can’t use them.
In extreme cases it can even pose problems to your health – but we doubt that will be an issue here.
The main takeaway is that you’re potentially only getting 50% of the benefit from the elctrolytes in Ultra Fast Keto Boost.
Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Powder
This is always a good option for a keto diet – depending on what type of MCT it is.
If the MCT is pure caprylic acid (C8) it’s pretty effective for helping your body as it can be converted easily into ketones. This is the best way your body can turn it into energy to keep you going on a low carb diet.
However, some MCTs use a mix of carpric and lauric acid which isn’t as effective and harder for your body to use.
Apple Cider Vinegar Powder
This however is not a good addition to Ultra Fast Keto Boost. Apple Cider Vinegar has been claimed in many cases to help promote fat loss.
However, the actual evidence for it doing so is slim. It may help with appetite suppression to a very minor extent, but when it comes to helping you burn fat while in ketosis it may not do much.
Green Tea Leaf Extract
This is arguably the best fat burner in Ultra Fast Keto Boost. Green Tea Leaf is a natural fat burner which has been seen to work in numerous cases.
The main benefit comes from antioxidants in the herb known as catechins. Catechins help to promote your body’s levels of the fat burning hormone norepienphrine. The more norepinephrine you have in your system, the more support your body has to burn fat.
It also contains a mild amount of caffeine which can help your energy levels and L-Theanine which can help your focus.
Ultra Fast Keto Boost Side Effects
The main risks in Ultra Fast Keto Boost are the potential side effects from the BHBs (Beta-Hydroxybutyrate) which are:
- Stomach Upset
- Stomach Pain
Again, these are only when you’re taking BHBs in high amounts.
Will you be safe taking it? Most likely. If you have any concerns, we suggest that you talk to your doctor before doing so. This goes especially if you have any preexisting conditions or allergies.
Does Ultra Fast Keto Boost Work?
Ultra Fast Keto Boost works to a degree, but nothing special when it comes to supporting a keto diet.
The reasoning for this is that it doesn’t really use much that would help you while eating low carb. It has the magnesium, sodium and calcium – but in BHB form it might not fully support you.
The Green Tea actually helps fat loss, but the Apple Cider Vinegar doesn’t. It’s a confused product an needs a lot of revisions before we can recommend it as a working keto supplement.
Ultra Fast Keto Boost Shark Tank – Is It a Scam?
If you see claims that a product has been endorsed on Shark Tank 99% of the time this is not the case. The same applies to Ultra Fast Keto Boost.
The first thing you should do is to try and track down any evidence of them being on the show that are more than just screenshots.
We’ve seen this a lot in the industry with some websites claiming that a product has been on Shark Tank – but in actuality they haven’t been at all.
Why do they do this? It’s a marketing angle to convince you to buy. Usually it’s not the company that is behind these tactics – it’s marketers who want you to sign up to get a free bottle of Ultra Fast Keto Boost.
That’s another note: Always be wary of a completely free bottle that only costs the shipping.
This is because they plan to rebill you after your free trial is over. We’ve seen reports of Ultra Fast Keto Boost having re-billing charges of up to $90.00. You should immediately call up and cancel if this is you.
Only go for supplements which sell at their own price. If they don’t want your money upfront – there’s usually a reason for it – they’re going to bill you again and again when you’re not looking.
Where to buy Ultra Fast Keto Boost?
Ultra Fast Keto Boost is currently available on Amazon and their official website.
Ultra Fast Keto Reviews Summary
As you can see, this is not a great keto supplement that you should be adding to your stack. The main reason is that it relies too much on the BHBs and also that the Apple Cider Vinegar is more of a fad ingredient rather than something which has fat burning potential.
Here’s our review summed up in a nutshell:
- Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective they’ll be overall.
- Green Tea is the only fat burner – There’s only one thermogenic in here for fat loss.
- BHBs aren’t that great for keto – BHBs are over-hyped and sometimes struggle to be used by your body.
- Potential for Rebilling – Free Trials may result in rebilling tactics.
It’s not a great look, and there are plenty of better options out there.
