It claims to have to have following benefits:

- Appetite Suppression
But how well will it work for you? In this review, we look closer at the ingredients, side effects and if it can be combined with other It Works products to see how effective Thermo-fit really is.
It Works Thermofit Directions
You take Thermofit by consuming one capsule twice a day.
Preferably one in the morning and another in the early afternoon.
- Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) – 100 mcg
- Chromium (as Chromium Dinicotinate Glycinate) – 200 mcg
- Capsicum Fruit Extract (Capsimax) – 33 mg
- Raspberry Ketones – 33 mg
- Acai Fruit 5:1 Extract (Euterpe Oleracea) – 100 mg
- Proprietary Blend – 400 mg
- Green Tea Leaf Extract – (90 mg Epigallocatechin Gallate)
- Guarana Seed Extract
- Bitter Melon Fruit Exract
- Dandelion Root Extract
- Gymnema Leaf Extract
As you can you can see, there are a lot of ingredients in It Works Thermofit – and not all of them are great.
Our main concern though has to be the proprietary blend. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it really is overall.
With a proprietary blend you’re getting the dosage of numerous ingredients together – not individually. The problem with this is that you don’t know how effective each ingredient is overall.
Not only that, there are some areas in Thermofit that we think need improving.
Below, we look at the main ingredients along with our thoughts on them.
Capsicum Fruit Extract (Capsimax) – 33 mg
This is one of the better ingredients in Thermofit. Capsicum is the component that is typically found in chili which gives it that heat.
So, how can it help you burn fat? Capsicum has been seen in studies to help promote your body’s core temperature which makes your body start a cooldown process.
This cooling process burns more calories than you would do normally, which can help you to burn extra fat.
Not only that, research shows that it can also help with appetite suppression.
Raspberry Ketones – 33 mg
This however is not a good choice in It Works Thermofit. Raspberry Ketones is a nutrient which has claims to promote fat loss – but it has only been seen to do so in rat studies.
The same results have not scaled up to give the same benefits to humans. You’re unlikely to see the same results.
Acai Fruit 5:1 Extract (Euterpe Oleracea) – 100 mg
This is more of a supporting ingredient in Thermofit, it doesn’t promote fat loss, but it can help in other ways.
Acai contains resveratrol, which is commonly found in small fruits like berries. It’s also found in grapes and wine.
It can help promote blood flow and absorption. This can help you get more out of the main ingredients in It Works Thermofit. This can help make it more effective.
Green Tea Leaf Extract – (90 mg Epigallocatechin Gallate) – Great in Thermofit
This is one of the best additions to Thermofit. Green Tea is a great thermogenic fat burner that has a lot of research behind it.
It contains catechins, which are a form of anti-oxidants which can help promote your overall levels of norepinephrine, which is your body’s fat burning hormone.
The more of it you have in your system, the more support you have to burn fat.
Guarana Seed Extract
This is another ingredient in It Works Thermofit which doesn’t directly promote fat loss, but it helps in another way.
Guarana Seed contains a good amount of caffeine. Caffeine is one of the better natural stimulants out there on the market.
It can help to improve your energy levels, metabolism, power output and focus. This can aid both fat loss and performance in the gym.
Bitter Melon Fruit Exract
This isn’t a direct fat burner in Thermofit by It Works, but Bitter Melon can help in other ways.
It mainly helps by regulating your blood sugar and insulin levels. When your insulin levels are higher your body stores more fat from the food you eat.
By using something to keep your insulin in check, you store less less fat and get closer towards to your fat losing goals.
Dandelion Root Extract
This isn’t a fat buner in Thermofit, and we’re not the biggest fans of dandelion root.
Why? Because it helps to cut water weight, it’s a diuretic. You’ll lose weight, but only temporarily, it just helps you get rid of additional water.
This gives you the illusion of burning fat, but technically doesn’t achieve it.
Not only that Dandelion may give you trouble with dehydration. We suggest avoiding this nutrient when possible.
Gymnema Leaf Extract
This is another supporting ingredient in It Works Thermofit. Gymnema Leaf is thought to help reduce blood sugar and insulin levels by regulating it.
As we’ve mentioned, by keeping your insulin regulated it can help keep your fat storage low from the food you eat – this can help you see the results you’re looking for happen at a faster rate.
- What ingredients could improve It Works Thermofit?
There are several that we think could improve this supplement.
Green Coffee Bean and Glucomannan would be the main two that we would like to see in here.
Green Coffee Bean has been seen to help cut down the glucose in your liver via its chlorogenic acid. Your body uses this glucose for energy, without it, it has to burn stored fat to make up the difference.
Whereas Glucomannan can help to improve appetite suppression. It’s a fibrous complex which swells in your stomach which helps you to feel fuller for longer. They would all be a good fit in It Works Thermofit.
Thermofit Side Effects
The main side effect risks in Thermofit comes from the Dandelion extract – but even that shouldn’t cause much concern.
It may cause dehydration to some extent, but if you make sure to actively keep drinking enough water it shouldn’t be a problem.
It Works Thermofit Before and After Pictures
Thermofit and Greens
We’ve been asked can you take Thermofit and Greens together as they are both made by It Works and serve different functions.
We haven’t seen any problems from people supplementing the two together and don’t think they’ll be an issue – considering Greens doesn’t contain any caffeine and is natural vegetables and herbs.
The only think we think could be a problme is the Green Tea as there’s already green tea in Thermofit. However, the amount in Greens looks minor.
If you have any concerns you should speak to your doctor befor using it.
How to take It Works Thermofit and Fat Fighters
Another concern was can you take It Works Fight Fighters with Thermofit. Again, they both serve different purposes so it should be fine.
You should be taking Thermofit as normal and having Fat Fighters up to an hour after eating a meal.
Fat Fighters is a fat and carb blocker, taking it after a meal can help reduce the overall damage from the food that you’ve eaten.
You want to take Thermofit as normal, and then follow up with Fat Fighters after a meal.
It Works Thermofit Reviews
Thermofit is not the best fat burner that we’ve come across on the market. Although It Works has made it with some good ingredients, the proprietary blends and some of the less effective choices.
Without knowing the full extent of the ingredient dosages in Thermofit, it’s difficult to fully recommend.
We believe more transparency is needed along with a few more researched backed ingredients in this supplement.
