What does Genius Test do?
This is our Genius Test review, a ‘male optimizer’ from Genius Brand.
It has claims to help promote:
- Focus
- Energy
- Muscle Mass
- Libido
- Testosterone
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how effective it really is. We anlayze the ingredients, check the side effects and see if there is any room for improvement.
Here’s what we got.
Genius Test Pills – How are the Ingredients?
There are some good ingredients in Genius Test, but not all of them are targeted at testosterone.
This has both good and bad results.
On the good side, it can help improve other areas like your libido and energy. However, on the bad side, you might not be getting enough of what you need to effectively promote your testosterone levels.
Below, we look at the main ingredients in this supplement along with what we think could be done to improve it.
Let’s take a look:
Ashwagandha
A great start to Genius Test and one of the better ingredients in here.
Ashwagandha is a herb which is great for giving your body a better hormonal balance which helps your testosterone levels to rise.
It does this by helping to regulate the cortisol in your body. Cortisol is your stress hormone, it peaks when you’re at your most stressed. When this happens, it creates a hormonal imbalance in your system which your body has to fix.
This fixing process is known as homeostasis. However, in doing so, it lowers your testosterone levels. The more you have of one hormone, the less you have of another.
Using something like Ashwagandha helps make maintaining the balance a little easier. It helps keep your cortisol levels down which allows your testosterone levels to grow more easily.
Shilajit
This isn’t a strong option in Genius Test either. Shilajit is a combination of minerals which has been thought to help raise testosterone levels in traditional medicine.
However, further studies have shown that this is not the case, and it doesn’t have much of an impact when orally supplemented.
You shouldn’t expect much from using this nutrient in Genius Test.
Fenugreek
This is a much better ingredient to mention in our Genius Test review. Fenugreek is a natural herb which has been seen to help libido – but can also help testosterone.
Fenugreek works in a vaguely similar way to Ashwagandha. By that we mean it also helps to create a better hormonal environment for your testosterone.
It does this through helping to regulate your body levels of blood sugar, and by extension, insulin.
Insulin is another hormone which can lower your testosterone when it is in high amounts. Fenugreek can help to regulate and reduce it to some extent which is great for giving you a better hormonal balance for testosterone.
Quercetin
The main thing this ingredient helps with in Genius Test is not testosterone – but absorption.
Quercetin has been seen in numerous studies to help with the absorption of nutrients. Most notably, Green Tea catechins.
It can help you get more out of the ingredients in this supplement and help them to activate at a faster rate.
Diindolymethane (DIM)
This is a nice supporting option in Genius Test too.
DIM is a component which is commonly found in green vegetables like broccoli. It is thought to reduce your levels of the female hormone estrogen by inhibiting the enzyme that creates it.
However, there is no concrete evidence that it works. At the moment, research is looking promising but nothing has been proven. It might help you out here.
Longjack
Also known as Eurycoma Longifolia and Tongkat Ali – this may not be a great ingredient we cover in this Genius Test review.
Longjack is an ingredient which has been claimed to help promote testosterone levels, however, further studies have shown that this is not actually the case.
The only time this nutrient has been seen to help promote testosterone are in animal studies. Unfortunately, these benefits don’t transfer over.
The only thing it may do in human tests is mildly promote testosterone. It won’t do much for you here.
Boron
The final ingredient covered in our Genius Test review. Boron is a a nutrient which is one of the better performers in this supplement.
It is a mineral which has been seen to help promote testosterone in some cases and even help to reduce your levels of the female hormone estrogen.
It’s a good addition to this supplement and we’re glad to see it in here.

Ingredient Profile Overview: Genius Testosterone Booster
There are plenty of good ingredients in Genius Test. The main ones that stand out to us the most are the Ashwagandha, Fenugreek and Boron. However, we do have to admit that it isn’t perfect.
There’s a lot in here which doesn’t help to promote your testosterone levels. A lot that seems to focus too much on libido – Longjack being a big example in here.
It would be better if there were more ingredients in here that helped to raise testosterone alongside what’s already being used in here.

Is Genius Test safe to use?
We would say so, these guys are known for making clean products. You shouldn’t run into any side effects for supplementing Genius Test.
However, if you have any concerns you should always speak to your doctor before using it. This is important especially if you suffer from any allergies or preexisting conditions.
What would touchingheartstouchingminds.com change in Genius Test?
We would add more testosterone boosters for sure. The main ingredients that we would choose include Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid, and Mucuna Pruriens.
Why? Because they all help to promote your body’s levels of LH – the Luteinizing Hormone.
LH is you body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system, the more support your body has to grow your T levels.
Zinc and DAA achieve this by working with chemical reactions in your brain to create more LH. Whereas MP does it in a much more indirect way.
The L-DOPA in the Mucuna Pruriens help to promote your body’s levels of the Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH). GnRH is your body’s precursor to LH and again, supports the overall T-building process.
It’s all good stuff and we’re disappointed to see none of it in Genius Test.
Genius Test Testosterone Booster Review Summary
Overall, this testosterone booster has some good points but it isn’t the best that we’ve come across on the market.
There are some good ingredients in here, but there isn’t too much of a focus on testosterone boosting. If your main goal with this supplement is to improve your T levels and muscle mass – there are better options out there on the market.
