What does FedLife Testosterone Booster do?
This is our FedLife Testosterone Booster review. It’s a test booster which has been claimed to help:
- Muscle Mass
- Libido
- Testosterone
- Energy
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found.
FedLife Testosterone Booster Review: How are the ingredients?
They could be better. For starters, they’re all part of a proprietary blend.
This is not a good thing.
A proprietary blend is when a supplement manufacturer chooses to hide the individual dosages of the ingredients in a supplement under one larger dosage.
This means you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it is overall.
Not only that, the overall selection of ingredients in here is something to be desired too. It seems to focus a lot on libido enhancers and not too much on actually promoting testosterone.
Below, we look at the main ingredients in FedLife Testosterone Booster along with our summary and suggestions on how to improve it:
Horny Goat Weed
This isn’t a great start to FedLife Testosterone Booster. Horny Goat Weed, which is also known as Epimedium is a herb which has had several claims over the years to help promote testosterone.
However, further study has shown that this is not exactly the case. There is no evidence in human studies of this herb helping to promote your levels of the male hormone.
The only thing that it may do is to help mildly improve your libido. Aside from that, it’s not going to make too much of a difference.
Tongkat Ali
Also known as Longjack and Eurycoma Longifolia, this isn’t an effective option in FedLife Testosterone Booster – but it could have some positive impact.
Although claimed to help promote testosterone, the only time Tongkat Ali has been seen to effectively promote testosterone is in animal studies. The same results have not been scaled up to work in humans.
The only thing that this nutrient has been seen to do in human testing is mildly promote your libido and sex drive. Aside from that, you’re not going to get much benefit from it here.
Saw Palmetto
This isn’t much of a T-Booster either in FedLife Testosterone Booster – but it can help in other ways.
Saw Palmetto has been seen in studies to help promote prostate health. It can even help in some cases with hyperplasia (which is an enlarged prostate).
Although it isn’t as effective as actual medicine, it can offer some good natural support in this supplement.
Orchic Substance
Another option that isn’t that potent in FedLife Testosterone Booster.
Orchic Substance is essentially bovine testes – bull testicles. The premise is great for marketing if you think about how masculine a bull is – but unfortunately the actual studies tell a different story.
There is little to no evidence that Orchic Substance does anything for your testosterone levels. You’re unlikely to get much benefit, if any, out of t it in FedLife Testosterone Booster.
Wild Yam Root
This is another ingredient in FedLife Testosterone Booster which doesn’t have a lot of impact.
So, what does Wild Yam do?
It’s a nutrient that is traditionally used to help women cope with symptoms of the menopause and is thought to help regulate your levels of the female hormone estrogen.
The idea here is that it may help to control your levels of estrogen which may allow your testosterone levels to rise.
However, there is no evidence to confirm this. What’s more there’s not actually much evidence to confirm that it works in the traditional method for the menopause either.
It appears to be over-hyped.
Sarsaparilla
This isn’t a strong option in our FedLife Testosterone Booster review either.
Sarsaparilla is a nutrient which has some claims to help testosterone – although nothing has been seen in studies.
The main way it can help you here is with cognition. Some research shows that supplementing this nutrient can help to promote your mental agility and may allow you to focus for longer.
This may be useful when it comes to concentrating and staying motivated in the gym.
Nettle Root
This is a much better ingredient in FedLife Testosterone Booster. Nettle is a nutrient which can help promote your overall levels of free testosterone.
Free testosterone is your amount of the male hormone which is circulating in your blood and is readily available to you.
There is a protein in your blood which binds to testosterone and strips it of any anabolic potency, making it useless. This protein is known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).
Nettle helps by inhibiting this protein and reducing it’s overall influence on your testosterone.
This allows more testosterone to flow freely through your blood.
Boron
The final ingredient in FedLife Testosterone Booster, Boron is a good mineral for helping with testosterone.
Boron has been seen in some studies to help increase testosterone levels while also helping to some extent to reduce your estrogen levels.
This can help balance your hormones in a more favorable way for muscle mass.

Ingredient Profile Overview: FedLife Testosterone Booster
Summing up the ingredients, they aren’t the best options that we’ve seen in a testosterone booster.
The first issue is that it is all in a proprietary blend. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it will be overall.
The next issue is that there is a lot of ingredients in here which help libido – but not a lot which help testosterone.
Nettle and Boron are the only ingredients in here that appear to help your T, and without knowing the dosages, it’s unlikely that it will be enough.

Are there side effects, is FedLife Testosterone Booster safe to use?
Not that we can see. Although many of these ingredients don’t help with testosterone – they’re not dangerous.
You shouldn’t run into any trouble from using them. That said, if you do have any concerns, you could speak to your doctor before using it.
You should definitely do this if you have any preexisting conditions or allergies.
What would touchingheartstouchingminds.com change about FedLife Testosterone Booster?
We would remove the proprietary blend, ensuring the customer got full transparency on the dosages used.
The next thing we would do is keep the Nettle and Boron – but consider replacing the other ingredients with more effective testosterone boosters.
Some good examples would be Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid, Mucuna Pruriens, and Ashwagandha.
Zinc, DAA and MP all help to promote your body’s levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). This is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of this you have in your system, the more support your testosterone levels have to grow.
Zinc and DAA grow LH via chemical reactions in your brain. While MP boosts your levels of the Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH) which is your body’s precursor for LH.
Combined they would all have a great impact on testosterone.
Ashwagandha would also help in creating a better hormonal environment for your testosterone to rise in. The herb can help reduce your levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which studies show can reduce testosterone in high amounts.
If you use Ashwagandha to keep your control under control, it’s better for your testosterone to rise with.
FedLife Testosterone Booster Review Summary
On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster that we’ve come across on the market.
There’s a lot of problems with the ingredients which needs to be sorted. The main issue being the lack of T-Boosters and the proprietary blend.
It’s safe to use, it just might not that effective to take.
The ingredient profile definitely needs a shot in the arm to get you the most benefit.
