Cutler Nutrition Triumph: The Ingredients
There are some good ingredients Triumph – however, there is always room for improvement.
Some of the choices in here we like a lot, others however, may need more studies to fully support them. Fortunately though, it leans more towards the positive than the negative.
Let’s take a look:
Zinc
This is a great start to Cutler Nutrition Triumph. Zinc is one of the better minerals on the market when it comes to helping testosterone.
So, how does it work?
The main way this mineral helps with the male hormone is by how it is used in your brain. After you body absorbs Zinc, it is used for several chemical reactions which can help you to create more of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system, the more support both your T and GH have to grow.
Cutler Nutrition were wise to include it in Triumph.
Ashwagandha
This is another good addition to Cutler Nutrition Triumph.
Ashwagandha is an anti-stress herb, but that is very useful when it comes to raising testosterone levels.
When you’re stressed, your body releases a lot of the stress hormone cortisol. To avoid a hormonal imbalance, for this hormone level to rise, other hormones have to lower. This is known as homeostasis. Higher cortisol levels lower testosterone levels.
By using something like Ashwagandha to keep it under control, your body has a better hormonal environment for your testosterone to rise in.
Fenugreek
This is a nice support in Cutler Nutrition Triumph, and can also help to fight hormonal imbalances which can deplete testosterone.
Fenugreek has been seen in numerous studies regulate blood sugar levels, which can help control insulin levels – which is the hormone your body releases when your blood sugar levels are high.
Again, by keeping your insulin levels low, it helps make a better environment for your testosterone levels to grown in.
Fenugreek also has the added benefit of helping with libido in some cases.
DIM
This is a component that is commonly found in green vegetables like broccoli and other green vegetables.
This is still a relatively new choice in testosterone boosters, and research is still needed into DIM – but it does look like a promising choice in Cutler Nutrition Triumph.
Why? Because initial research shows that it may work as an aromatase inhibitor. In more simpler terms, this means it may be able to help lower your overall levels of the hormone estrogen – the female hormone.
In doing so, you can give you more support to your testosterone levels, which can allow them to have more of an impact on improving your training.
Research is still ongoing though, it may not be a sure thing in this supplement.
Black Pepper
This isn’t a testosterone booster in Cutler Nutrition Triumph – but it can help in other ways.
Black Pepper is a nutrient which studies show can help improve bio-availability and absorption. This can help you to get more out of the ingredients in this supplement.
It may help it to absorb faster and activate quicker.
Boron
This is the final ingredient in Cutler Nutrition Triumph – and there is some good evidence for it and testosterone.
Some studies show that supplementing Boron may help to raise serum testosterone levels, and also reduce estrogen levels.
This is promising and may have some impact in this supplement for raising your T levels.

Ingredient Summary for Cutler Nutrition Triumph
The Zinc and Ashwagandha are the harder hitters in this supplement.
Zinc is good for improving LH – and LH is known for boosting testosterone levels. Likewise, Ashwagandha can help control cortisol levels which is another major win.
The DIM could help with estrogen – but we think something like Luteolin would be a better choice.
Cutler Nutrition Triumph has some good ingredients, but it could be better.

We haven’t seen any reports of anyone experiencing side effects from supplementing this product.

You shouldn’t run into any issues. That said, if you have any concerns, you should speak to your doctor before using it.
What would touchingheartstouchingminds.com change in Cutler Nutrition Triumph?
D-Aspartic Acid, Luteolin (as we’ve mentioned) Magnesium, and Mucuna Pruriens would all be good choices to add to this supplement.
D-Aspartic Acid would help give you more LH to promote testosterone and growth hormone.
Magnesium helps give you more available ‘free’ testosterone. Free testosterone is what circulates naturally in your blood. Your amount of it is limited because of a protein in known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). It binds to your T and removes it’s anabolic potency, stopping it from being effective.
Magnesium inhibits the SHBG and reduces it’s influence and ability to do this as much – giving you more available testosterone.
Mucuna Pruriens is another effective LH booster. When supplemented, the levodopa (L-DOPA) in the nutrient improves your levels of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). GnRH is a precursor to LH, and LH gets you more testosterone.
These ingredients are more effective, and would help deliver you effective results.
Cutler Nutrition Triumph Review Summary
On the whole, this is an okay testosterone booster. There are better ones on the market, but Triumph does have its advantages.
Ashwagandha and Zinc are the main players in this supplement, with some potential for estrogen reduction.
It should be safe to use, but may not be as effective as some of the others we’ve seen.
