Centrapeak (By Peak Nutrition)
$65.00Note from the Editor
I review a lot of testosterone boosters for touchingheartstouchingminds.com, but I have to say that Centrapeak is currently the only testosterone booster I now use.
Currently, Centrapeak is the highest rated testosterone booster we’ve reviewed on our site.
As you’ll see in this review, the ingredient profile is well-researched, high quality and definitely the kind of thing we look for in a supplement. I have taken Centrapeak every day since it arrived, and can’t think of any reason to use another testosterone booster.
I’ve noticed several improvements in both my day-to-day life, as well as my performance in the gym from using Centrapeak. All of that, and my analysis (complete with referenced studies) and more on this supplement is all included in my review.
Thanks,
– Al.
Review Intro: What does Centrapeak do?
Centrapeak is an all natural testosterone booster manufactured by Peak Nutrition LTD.
You can visit their website at Centrapeak.com.
It’s made in the USA, the ingredients are all natural, and it’s one of the only testosterone boosters we’ve seen that doesn’t conform to the ‘bodybuilder, gym-addict’ marketing angle that we’re so used to seeing.
Centrapeak is a testosterone booster that helps support your everyday life, both in work and play. It has been designed to help improve:
- Mental and Physical Sharpness – Enjoy higher energy levels and focus.
- Body Composition – Reduce fat and increase muscle mass.
- Libido – More “apparent” vitality.
- Mood and Mindset – Feel more relaxed and less stressed.
That last one being a point that most other testosterone boosters seem to miss. Without using ingredients to help manage stress levels, your testosterone is always at a disadvantage.
This is all due to how your body balances hormones, specifically cortisol, the stress hormone. When your cortisol levels are high, your testosterone levels are lower. Your body responds this way as it perceives stress as a threat, and lowers your testosterone to encourage your to escape it, rather than fight it.
Here’s some interesting reading regarding testosterone and cortisol:
“A study published in the journal Hormones and Behavior provides new evidence for what’s called the cortisol testosterone hormonal axis. Researchers measured hormone levels in 57 men who were pitted against each other in one-on-one competition. Their cortisol and testosterone levels were measured after competing. The men who lost were asked if they wanted to compete again.
All the men who declined had high cortisol levels and had a significant drop in their testosterone. The researchers believe this is a hormonal response that prepares the body to respond to stress by escaping danger.”

Needless to say, this is an area that is heavily overlooked in the supplement industry. We’re glad more supplements like Centrapeak are covering these areas.
Story from another Centrapeak User
While doing this review, we came across many other people who are using and loving the effects of Centrapeak. The one that stood out to us the most came Chris, a marine from Ohio.
He had a lot to say about the effects of Centrapeak, but we feel this paragraph definitely gets the point across:
“Got my first bottle in February of 2019 and within the third week of my workouts I began to see a major change in strength levels as well as behavior.
My energy levels went up, my concentration became sharper, memory was better and my strength levels shot up and oh yeah, the wife likes the new me ten times more if you know what I mean. So I ran out and got another bottle in April 2019 and I still continue my daily intake.
I can tell you that this 50 year old Marine Vet feels like he is 21 again and even my younger friends in the gym tell me “Chris you’re looking like beastmode”, so if you want to change your lifestyle then Centrapeak can and will help you achieve it…trust me!”
– Chris R, Ohio, Marine Combat Veteran.
He’s not the only one, after taking Centrapeak, I had a similar experience. I cover that in more detail towards the bottom of this review (or skip to it here).
There’s a lot more to Chris’s story. You can read more about it, along with other users reviews over on the Centrapeak website below:

Here’s the full list:
Vitamin D3
The best vitamin you can have in a testosterone booster – especially when it is well-dosed.
Why? Because Vitamin D3 is technically a hormone. Not only that, it’s one you don’t get much of throughout the day. This is because you traditionally absorb it via the sun’s rays. As most of us work indoors, it becomes harder for you to get the optimum amount for healthy testosterone levels.
Various studies have shown that supplementing Vitamin D3 can help increase testosterone levels in daily doses over 3300 IU. With 4000 IU in Centrapeak this makes it a very confident choice.
Other benefits of D3 include strengthening your immune system, improving bone density, regulating your insulin, and more. It is vital to your health.
Relevant Studies for Vitamin D3
- Study 1: Effect of vitamin D supplementation on testosterone levels in men.
This study shows that men supplementing Vitamin D3 on a weight reduction program experienced a “significant: boost in total, bioactive and free testosterone levels compared to those taking a placebo.
Study performed by Pilz S. et al. from ‘Hormone and Metabolic Research’. (Link)
- Study 2: Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D, ethnicity, and blood pressure in the Third National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.
This study is not testosterone related, but goes on to show the benefits of supplementing Vitamin D3. It can help in some cases with regulating and reducing blood pressure – which can help overall health.
Study performed by Scragg R. et al. from the ‘American Journal of Hypertension’. (Link)
- Study 3: Vitamin D vs broad spectrum phototherapy in the treatment of seasonal affective disorder.
Again, not testosterone related, but another study which shows the benefits of D3. Supplementing D3 is seen in this study to help improve your mood in the face of Seasonal Affective Disorder – which is thought to be related to a Vitamin D deficiency. This makes a good option for giving you a better outlook and a more productive attitude.
Study performed by Gloth FM the 3rd. et al. from the ‘Journal of Nutrition, Health and Aging’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Vitamin D3 can help your testosterone, blood pressure and mood. This due mainly to it technically being a hormone. It’s very potent.

Magnesium
This is good mineral for free testosterone in Centrapeak.
Free testosterone is essentially the testosterone you have circulating in your system and readily available.
The biggest risk to your free testosterone levels is SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin). This is a protein that binds to your testosterone and reduces its anabolic potency – making it ineffective.
Magnesium helps by inhibiting your SHBG and reducing its overall influence.
Relevant Studies for Magnesium
- Study 1: Magnesium and anabolic hormones in older men.
A brief study that shows supplementation of magnesium in older me. It shows that magnesium can help inhibit Sex Hormone Binding Globulin and have a positive impact on your testosterone to allow it to rise.
Study performed by Maggio M. et al. from the ‘International Journal of Andrology’. (Link)
- Study 2: Magnesium effect on testosterone-SHBG association studied by a novel molecular chromatography approach.
Another study showing the relationship between Magnesium and Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). Research shows that the magnesium inhibits the SHBG which allows for more bioavailable testosterone overall – which means you have access to more free testosterone.
Study performed by Excoffon L. et al. from the ‘Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis’. (Link)
- Study 3: Magnesium in the Central Nervous System
This isn’t directly connected to testosterone, but it’s a detailed read on the effects of Magnesium on the central nervous system. The research suggests more people need to be supplementing Magnesium to help reduce problems such as anxiety, major depression and treatment resistance depression.
Our take is that fighting these conditions can help reduce stress and give you a better hormonal environment for testosterone levels to rise.
Study performed by Vink R. et al. from ‘University of Adelaide Press’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Supplementing magnesium can help to raise free testosterone, and may even help reduce depression and anxiety.
[/color-box]
Zinc
Another good testosterone boosting mineral in Centrapeak – we always sing the praises of Zinc.
When it comes to testosterone Zinc can help by being used for chemical reactions in your brain to create the Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system, the more support your testosterone levels have to grow.
Relevant Studies for Zinc
- Study 1: The effect of exhaustion exercise on thyroid hormones and testosterone levels of elite athletes receiving oral zinc.
A study showing supplementation of Zinc in wrestlers can help maintain high testosterone levels during a 4 week period of intensive training. Usually this would deplete testosterone levels due to over-training, but the Zinc helped to prevent this.
Study performed by Killic M. et al. from ‘Neuro Endocrinology Letters’. (Link)
- Study 2: Effect of zinc administration on plasma testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, and sperm count.
This study shows male subjects suffering from infertility experienced significant boosts in testosterone, dihydrotestosterone and sperm count following oral supplementation of the mineral. Some men even managed to impregnate their wives shortly after treatment.
Study by Netter A. et al. from ‘Archives of Andrology’. (Link)
- Study 3: Impact of oral zinc therapy on the level of sex hormones in male patients on hemodialysis.
Final study we’ll look at here. Supplementing zinc was seen to help promote overall levels of testosterone and the luteinizing hormone (LH) in subjects with sexual dysfunction.
Study by Jalali GR. et al. from ‘Renal Failure’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Supplementing Zinc can boost your levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH) which is your body’s precursor to testosterone.
[/color-box]
Indole-3-Carbinol
This is a very promising option in Centrapeak, and is a component usually found in green vegetables like broccoli.
Although it doesn’t help your testosterone levels, it can benefit you in other ways. Research shows that this component may help to reduce your levels of the female hormone estrogen.
This is good because it can help support a better hormonal balance for you in favor of your testosterone.
Relevant Studies for I3C
- Study 1: Indole-3-carbinol is a negative regulator of estrogen.
Animal study showing supplementation of I3C can help reduce expression of the female hormone estrogen. This could help give your testosterone more of an impact in your system.
Study performed by Auborn KJ. et al. from ‘The Journal of Nutrition’. (Link)
- Study 2: Changes in levels of urinary estrogen metabolites after oral indole-3-carbinol treatment in humans.
This another study which shows promise for I3C reducing estrogen levels. I3C was seen to reduce the metabolites which activate estrogen receptors in men and women.. This can help to lower the overall levels of the female hormone in humans.
Study performed by Michnovicz JJ. et al. from ‘The Journal of National Cancer Institute’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Indole-3-Carbinol in Centrapeak may help to reduce your overall levels of the female hormone estrogen, which could allow your testosterone to have more of an impact.
[/color-box]
Ashwagandha
This a welcome addition to Centrapeak, Ashwagandha is a herb which can help create a better hormonal environment for your testosterone levels to grow.
It does this by helping to regulate your levels of the stress hormone cortisol. When your cortisol levels are high, it can lower your testosterone. This is due to how your body balances hormones, the more you have of one hormone the less you have of another.
In this case, the more cortisol, the less testosterone. By using something like Ashwagandha, you can help keep your cortisol levels under control and your testosterone on the rise.
Relevant Studies for Ashwagandha
- Study 1: A prospective, randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled study of safety and efficacy of a high-concentration full-spectrum extract of ashwagandha root in reducing stress and anxiety in adults.
This study shows that subjects that took large dosages of Ashwagandha experienced a better resistance towards stress, which helped to improve their overall well-being. This shows that it can help reduce your levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
Study performed by Chandrasekhar K. et al. from the ‘Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine’. (Link)
- Study 2: Examining the effect of Withania somnifera supplementation on muscle strength and recovery: a randomized controlled trial.
A study researching young of men taking Ashwagandha or a placebo with a weight training program showed a significant boost in testosterone and muscle mass in the group that used Ashwagandha. It helped them a lot with their training.
Study performed by Wankhede S. et al. from the ‘Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Ashwagandha can help to reduce the stress hormone cortisol, which can help create a better hormonal balance for testosterone to rise. This can also help your muscle mass along with the other benefits that come along with higher testosterone.
[/color-box]
Rhodiola Rosea
This isn’t a testosterone booster in Centrapeak, but it can you with your general feelings of well-being.
Rhodiola Rosea is a Scandinavian herb which can help to reduce fatigue, boost focus and even help fight the symptoms of depression.
This makes it good for improving your mindset and well-being to help make you more productive throughout the day.
Relevant Studies for Rhodiola Rosea
- Study 1: Rhodiola rosea in stress induced fatigue–a double blind cross-over study of a standardized extract SHR-5 with a repeated low-dose regimen on the mental performance of healthy physicians during night duty.
A study which shows supplementing Rhodiola Rosea during stressful situations can help improve energy levels and help reduce overall levels of stress. This can help you be less fatigued during everyday life.
Study performed by Darbinyan V. et al. from ‘Phytomedicine: International Journal of Phytotherapy and Phytopharmacology’. (Link)
- Study 2: A randomized trial of two different doses of a SHR-5 Rhodiola rosea extract versus placebo and control of capacity for mental work.
Another study which shows that subjects who supplemented Rhodiola Rosea vs a placebo, felt they had more energy for work and felt less fatigue.
Study performed by Shevtsov VA. et al. from ‘Phytomedicine: International Journal of Phytotherapy and Phytopharmacology’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Rhodiola Rosea is not a testosterone booster, but an effective option for decreasing fatigue throughout the day. This allows you to be more productive and energetic.
[/color-box]
Mucuna Pruriens
This is a good effective testosterone booster to include in Centrapeak. It works in a similar way to Zinc for raising your testosterone.
By this we mean that it can help to raise your levels of LH which is your body’s precursor to growth hormone and testosterone.
Unlike Zinc, MP achieves this through a different way. It helps improve your body’s levels of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH) which is your body’s precursor to LH.
Again, it just delivers more angle to improve your testosterone levels.
Relevant Studies for Mucuna Pruriens
- Study 1: Mucuna pruriens improves male fertility by its action on the hypothalamus–pituitary–gonadal axis.
In this study, infertile men undergoing treatment with Mucuna Pruriens saw a significant rise in both testosterone and LH (Luteinizing Hormone – the precursor to testosterone). It also helped with dopamine levels which improved feelings of well-being as well as their sperm count and quality.
Study performed by Shukla KK. et al. from ‘Fertility and Sterility’. (Link)
- Study 2: Evaluation of androgenic activity of Mucuna pruriens in male rats
A rat study with Mucuna Pruriens saw it to significantly improve serum and testicular testosterone levels. Sometimes these don’t scale up to human tests, but as study 1 shows, this is possible.
Study performed by Muthu K. et al. from the ‘African Journal of Biotechnology.’ (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Mucuna Pruriens can help to improve your testosterone levels, mood and even sperm quality.
[/color-box]
Korean Panax Ginseng
This isn’t one of the stronger options in Centrapeak, however it still has some uses in this supplement.
It all comes down to this herb’s ability to raise your levels of nitric oxide – which is a vasodilator which opens up your blood vessels.
Korean Ginseng can help by improving your libido, and blood flow. This can help give your sex drive a bit of a boost, while the improved blood flow helps with absorption of Centrapeak and muscle pumps in the gym.
Relevant Studies for Korean Panax Ginseng
- Study 1: Effects of Panax Ginseng C.A. Meyer saponins on male fertility.
Supplementing Ginseng has been seen in studies to help improve both DHT (Dihydrotestosterone – a strong form of testosterone) and LH – your body’s precursor to testosterone. These can both help to raise your overall T levels.
Study performed by Salvati G. et al. from ‘Panminerva Medica’. (Link)
- Study 2: Effect of Panax Ginseng on Testosterone Level and Prostate in Male Rats.
Rats been given Ginseng in their diets experienced a significant boost in their blood testosterone levels.
Study performed by Fahmin MS. et al. from ‘Archives of Andrology’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Ginseng can help with blood flow by improving your nitric oxide levels. It can also help with sex drive and libido. Studies also show that it can support healthy testosterone levels.
[/color-box]
Lion’s Mane
Again, not another testosterone booster in Centrapeak – but it can help you in other ways.
Also known as Yamabushitake, this natural extract can help to reduce anxiety, cognitive decline and depression. All of which can help improve your feelings of well-being and help towards a less stressed hormonal balance in support of your testosterone.
Relevant Studies for Lion’s Mane
- Study 1: Improving effects of the mushroom Yamabushitake (Hericium erinaceus) on mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial.
This isn’t testosterone related, but it does show the mental benefits of Lion’s Mane. Subjects aged 50 – 80 experienced boosts in cognitive performance while supplementing Lion’s Mane (Yamabushitake). This may help keep you more focused throughout the day.
Study performed by Mori K. et al. from ‘Phytotherapy Research’. (Link)
- Study 2: Reduction of depression and anxiety by 4 weeks Hericium erinaceus intake.
Compared to a placebo group, those supplementing Lion’s Mane in this study experienced reduced “irritation” and “anxiety”. It is suggested that it could be able to help reduce depression and anxiety when supplemented. This may give you a better feeling of well-being and overall outlook.
Study performed by Nagano M. et al. from ‘Biomedical Research, Tokyo, Japan’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Lion’s Mane is not a testosterone booster, but it can help mood, reduce anxiety and promote cognition. It is good for keeping you focused and sharp.
[/color-box]
Bioperine
This isn’t a testosterone booster in Centrapeak, but it is a thoughtful addition.
Bioperine is high quality black pepper, which has a high level of bioavailability. This can help with your absorption of the ingredients in this supplement and help your body get as much out of Centrapeak as possible.
Relevant Study for Bioperine
- Study: Bioavailability Enhancement by Piperine: A Review
A full review of black pepper, showing how it can help to improve bioavailability to help improve your overall absorption of other orally ingested nutrients to give you the most benefit.
Study review performed by Wadhwa S. et al. from the ‘Asian Journal of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences’. (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Bioperine can help improve how fast and effectively you absorb nutrients in Centrapeak.
[/color-box]
Boron
The final ingredient in Centrapeak, and again, it’s another quality choice.
There’s plenty of research out there to show that Boron is effective for raising testosterone levels when supplemented correctly. It can also help to reduce estrogen levels – which is the female hormone.
All in all, it can make a better hormonal balance and more testosterone in your favor.
Relevant Study for Boron
- Study: Comparative effects of daily and weekly boron supplementation on plasma steroid hormones and proinflammatory cytokines.
This study shows that supplementing Boron can help increase overall levels of free testosterone. It was already starting to make a difference as early as a week into supplementation.
Study performed by Naghii MR. et al. from the ‘Journal of trace elements in medicine and biology : organ of the Society for Minerals and Trace Elements (GMS).’ (Link)
[color-box color=”green”]
Bottom Line
Supplementing Boron can help improve testosterone levels, with some results showing progress and results in as early as a week.

My experience using Centrapeak
For a bit of backstory, I wrote this piece shortly after my 3 month test of Centrapeak.
I still take it to this day, and I think a lot of what I said then still holds up now. For this report, and still today, I take Centrapeak 3 times every day. Once with breakfast, again with lunch and finally with dinner.
I also combined this with working out 3 – 4 times a week with an each an hour for each session.
The main perks I notice from taking Centrapeak are:
- Mental Benefits
- Better Focus / Less Stress
- More Energy and Motivation
- Physical Benefits
- More muscle mass and strength
- Lower levels of fat
- Masculine Benefits
- Stronger Libido
- More Confidence
Below, I’m going to explain these points in more detail:
Mental Benefits
This is perhaps the most underrated benefits of Centrapeak – it can help improve your mental state. Mainly because it’s not something a lot of testosterone boosters do.
I noticed after a few weeks of taking Centrapeak that it was a lot easier to focus throughout the day.
I used to feel drained, and generally just found it hard to focus. There were only a few hours a day where I really felt in the zone, and a lot more energized than normal.
After taking Centrapeak, I found it a lot easier to sit down and work. I think a lot of this has to do with the Ashwagandha, Rhodiola Rosea and Lion’s Mane. Together they help bring down levels of the stress hormone cortisol and fatigue. This helps to clear my head and concentrate for a lot longer.
It makes me feel a lot more productive throughout the day.
In a nutshell: I felt more energized, focused and less sluggish throughout the day. The anti-stress properties of Centrapeak helped me to clear my mind and be more productive.
Physical Benefits
I was impressed with how Centrapeak helped me physically. There were a lot of changes I noticed in the gym.
They weren’t apparent in the first month, but at the end of the 90 days I could really see a difference. I was lifting more weight, and enjoying my sessions a lot more.
I found myself looking forward to going the gym more, and this enthusiasm helped me work towards better results.
At the end of the 90 days I’d lost weight around my waist and was much firmer and toned around my legs, arms and chest.
At the end of the 90 days I’ve lost 15 lbs, but I feel like I’ve gained some muscle too.
I’m not saying is that Centrapeak gave me a bodybuilder’s physique, however, it allowed me to get a much better leaner look than I had before this.
In a nutshell: Centrapeak helped me work harder in the gym, which allowed me to lose weight and gain more muscle mass.
Masculine/Mood Benefits
The other noticeable benefits that are worth mentioning in my Centrapeak review are the mood benefits.
I felt much more relaxed throughout the day. My mind was less foggy, and daunting chores seemed easier to accomplish. I put this down to the anti-stress nutrients in Centrapeak, which helped tweak my mindset.
It allowed me to take a step back and organize myself more efficiently, be more productive and get more done.
The extra productivity also helped me feel more ‘in control’ of myself, making me more confident and willing to take charge in difficult situations at work.
Finally, for the “masculine” benefits, I felt much more of a boost in my libido. It’s not as effective as a blue pill, but if you’re looking to feel more in the mood it’s a good option.
In a nutshell: Centrapeak helped me feel more in control of my day-to-day life, I became less stressed and happier.

My Thoughts on Centrapeak
There is nothing on the market right now that can take Centrapeak in a 1-on-1 when it comes to ingredients, servings and results (at least in my opinion).
If you’re on the fence about it, I implore you to check out their website and read some of the reviews and testimonials over there. It’s not just me enjoying the benefits:

Are there any side effects in Centrapeak?
As far as I can tell, there aren’t any side effects associated with Centrapeak – it should be safe for you to use.
I’m basing this on three things:
- My experience – I didn’t have any negative side effects from taking Centrapeak.
- Other reviews – I have yet to see another user have a bad experience from Centrapeak.
- The Ingredients – Centrapeak’s ingredients are all natural and don’t have links to causing any side effects individually at these dosages.
All in all, I’d say it’s a safe bet. You shouldn’t experience any side effects from this supplement.
Centrapeak Review – How are the servings?
They’re great. With 3 servings a day, Centrapeak gives you a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep you building testosterone throughout the day.
With numerous servings, it allows your body to get that constant supply necessary to keep you getting the full benefits for both higher testosterone, and better energy levels.
There’s not many supplements out there that offer this benefit. That constant supply definitely makes a difference and you’ll be feeling the results far quicker.

I hope this gives you all the information you need in the quest for the testosterone that will work best for you. I highly recommend you give Centrapeak a try.
It’s arguably the best option on the market when it comes to the science and quality. I doubt there’s a better option out there, and if there is, I’d love to see it.
