Arazo Nutrition Tribulus: The Ingredients
Well, there’s only one ingredient: Tribulus Terrestris.
Below, we’re going to give you our findings and thoughts on Tribulus Terrestris, along with what else can be done to help improve Arazo Nutrition Tribulus.
Let’s look at the nutrient profile and dig into this mighty 1500 mg dose of this nutrient.
This may be the only ingredient in Arazo Nutrition Tribulus – but that doesn’t mean we have to like it.
We don’t like Tribulus Terrestris for several reasons. The first reason is because it has received such intense marketing hype as a testosterone booster. This is why such products like Arazo Nutrition Tribulus exist – because of this hype.
Despite that, there is no evidence in studies that it can help to promote testosterone in men. The only time it has been seen to do so is under very special circumstances of subjects with very low testosterone and infertility – which doesn’t reflect the average guy.
What’s more, it does have other specific benefits – to the point that many of these supplements should be rebranded as libido enhancers. Because they are not testosterone boosters.
There are several studies which show that this herb can help to improve sex drive and libido. Not at all the case for testosterone though. There are plenty of other nutrients that would well for testosterone – Tribulus is not one of them.
Arazo Nutrition Tribulus would be able to hold it’s own a lot more without marketing hype if it added more study-backed ingredients to this supplement for testosterone.
Is Arazo Nutrition Tribulus safe to use?
In our opinion, yes. Tribulus Terrestris may be useless for testosterone, but there aren’t any reports of it being dangerous. You’re unlikely to run into any issues supplementing it.
That said, if you have any concerns, we suggest that you speak to your doctor before taking it. Also make sure you don’t have any allergies or preexisting conditions which could interact negatively with this supplement.
What would touchingheartstouchingminds.com change, add or remove in Arazo Nutrition Tribulus?
For testosterone, we’d definitely add several more ingredients. Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid, Mucuna Pruriens, Ashwagandha and Luteolin would all be good choices man.
Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid and Mucuna Pruriens are all good for boosting testosterone via the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more support your LH levels have, the more support your testosterone has.
Zinc and DAA help boost DAA through chemical reactions in your brain. Mucuna Pruriens do it by increasing your levels of the Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH) which is your precursor to LH.
Ashwagandha is good because it creates a better hormonal environment for your testosterone to rise in. It does this by helping to reduce your overall levels of the stress hormone cortisol. When your cortisol levels are high it lowers your testosterone levels – this is how your body avoids a hormonal imbalance.
By reducing your levels of cortisol, there’s less chance of your testosterone levels being diminished.
Finally, Luteolin can work as an aromatase inhibitor (estrogen suppressant) in doing so it can help to reduce your levels of the female hormone to allow your testosterone to have more of an impact.
Arazo Nutrition Tribulus Review Summary
On the whole, this isn’t a supplement that we’re a big fan of. However, it was requested by a reader so we complied.
Arazo Nutrition Tribulus is a one-ingredient supplement. Sometimes these are good for a specific need – but not in this case.
It’s not a good testosterone booster, and we believe several more ingredients need to be added to it for it to work effectively.
If you want a supplement to help raise your testosterone levels, you’re better off looking elsewhere.
